OverviewThis learning topic digs deeper into algebraic expressions and equations and how they are represented in different ways. Students will be able to analyze and make connections between equations, words, tables, and graphs when representing algebraic functions. Then students extend their understanding of equations to inequalities, determining what makes an inequality statement true. Properties of Equality are used to solve onestep inequalities. Students are tasked with writing, solving, and representing the solutions on a number line, justifying that the solutions are true.
